Stryker Softball Finally Back In Action!

After the long wait, and much anticipation, the Panthers' softball team finally got to step back on the field against another team yesterday. Unfortunately, the result was not as we had hoped, losing 3-10 in their return to home against Edon yesterday evening. The good news is that the two teams will be facing off once more in a rematch tomorrow at 5pm, as Stryker hopes to even the series at one apiece. While it is still too early to have any concrete understanding of what the final league standing will look like, yesterday's loss did drop them to 4th place overall, and a win tomorrow will still not be enough to raise them any higher at the moment. It looks hopeful that the ladies will be able to continue their season as scheduled, and with any luck, they still have enough time to finish out on top. As it goes with every season, only time will tell.
