Off To The Wayne Trace Invitational For Stryker's Track & Field

Stryker High School's Track & Field team heads off for the Wayne Trace Invitational on Friday April 16, 2021. The Wayne Trace Invitational in Haviland, OH is an invitational track athletes look forward to participating in each and every year. As with others, the Wayne Trace Invitational is big, and exciting for new and returning athletes; however, there is a twist. At most invitationals you do not play your sport under the lights unless you play football, or basketball. Being that the Wayne Trace Invitational is typically held on a Friday night, track athletes from all schools get play under the lights and that is what makes the invitational worthwhile. Whether you are a spectator or an athlete, it is fun to not only participate in the sport you love, but also be alongside friends and family watching while enjoying a night under the lights.
